You will receive a mp3 with this each week. Just put on headphones and listen to it 2 times a day or whenever you can!
I will be sharing some somatics classes to help you relax and regulate your nervous system, release the bound fascia that is causing pain and making it difficult to move easily in your body.
We'll also have a private Facebook group where we will be doing pop-up lives each week with tips and moves to keep you on track.
The very best part of the live classes is the sharing at the end of each class (and in our group). Why Live Classes Work So Well:
You are more likely to show up and do the movement. Recorded classes are great because you can do them when it’s most convenient for you. But experience has shown that, while we have great intentions of doing the recorded classes, the reality is we often allow “life” to get in the way.
You get personalized help from two different Master T-Tapp Trainers if you want it. We are available both before and after class for personal assistance. Not sure if you are doing a move "right"? Now you get to find out!!
Working out with other “like-minded” women encourages and builds a sense of community. Especially in these challenging times when we can feel so isolated, participating in live classes allows us to stay connected. Many of my clients have said these live classes have been life-saving during those times.
Some of the most interesting information is exchanged after the class. We go over additional tips for the moves we did in class and others share their experience and ask questions. This is valuable information that isn’t shared in the recorded classes. It can be like personal coaching but in a group setting.
When you pay for a live Renewal like this, you are making a commitment to yourself. You are telling both your conscious and subconscious mind that you are going to move your body and give it this healing workout. This is an act of self-care and self-love.
You can also choose to have your camera on or off. If you prefer to move in your birthday suit and don’t want anyone seeing 🤪, you can! And you are still a part of the group and the group discussions. Again…your choice.

You will have unlimited access to them and, that way, they are easy to access from anywhere.
The only way access will go away is if YouTube does. 😁 Don't see that happening anytime soon.
Live Form Tip Class - Saturday Before the Challenge
Saturday August 31st at 11 am EST
The one thing about T-Tapp is there is a lot of jargon that can make it a bit challenging for someone new to come in and pick up on the queuing. So come learn the terminology, stance, hand and feet positioning to get the most out of your classes. Not sure if you are "doing T-Tapp right?" Join in and let me take a look and help you fine-tune your form. If you've always wanted to get help from a Master T-Tapp Trainer, this is a great way to do it.
Plus...we all learn from each other. If one person has a question or wants their form "checked", we all learn from it.
Live 30 Min T-Tapp Classes on zoom
Gergana will be teaching at 10:00 am ET (please adjust for your time zone) Monday and Wednesday each week!
Renee will be teaching at 7:00 pm ET Tuesday and Thursday each week.
**Renee will hold a 45-minute somatic relax and stretch class at 11:00 AM ET on Saturdays. See below for more info.
Classes will be a combination of standing, walking and floor moves, so you'll get a great variety of workouts to be able to apply T-Tapp techniques. This challenge will be great for those brand new to T-Tapp as well as more experienced Tappers!
Somatic Stretch Saturday Classes
Every Saturday of the Challenge at 11 am EST
Come relax and stretch after a week of T-Tapp classes. These classes are soothing and a great way to move into your weekend feeling cool, calm, and collected. Think "stretching" is just a luxury that you don't want to take time for? Think again!!!
We know stress is responsible for over 90% of all dis-ease and let's face it...we are ALL stressed out right now. Can't get rid of that belly fat? You won't if you don't reduce your stress level and just sitting on the couch isn't actually allowing your body and mind to relax and shift into that "rest and restore" side of your nervous system. But these somatic stretching classes DO!!! So think of them as your belly fat blasting classes.
Also...you can't strengthen muscles that are already tight. You have to first relax and release those tensions and then begin to strengthen them. So these classes are an integral part of this Renewal!!

Form tips class on Saturday, I could not touch the floor with my fingers to check foot width. First Monday of Boot camp I checked the width with my fingers...and I was shocked. I touched the floor, no problem!! Nice!!
