Bootcamp Details
Saturday November 27 - Friday December 10, 2021
All classes will be recorded and put into your class package.
You will have access to them through the end of December to continue to use them as you go through the entire holiday season. If you'd like to keep the classes to be able to do them whenever you'd like, that is also available.

10 Live 30 Min T-Tapp Classes
Monday 11/29 - Friday 12/3 & Monday 12/6 - Friday 12/10 at 7 pm EDT
Classes will be a combination of standing, walking and floor moves, so you'll get a great variety of workouts to be able to apply T-Tapp techniques to. This "boot camp" will be great for those brand new to T-Tapp as well as more experienced Tappers!
I will be focusing on moves from the "Fascia Fitness" and "Turn Back Time" series, because these workouts are incredibly effective for all ages and fitness levels. You will learn how to incorporate the fascia stretches, techniques for using muscle activation to build long, lean muscles without weights, building strong bones and improving your metabolism.
Note: No live classes that first weekend in December to allow you to review and/or go back and do any of the classes you missed or enjoyed and want to repeat.
