What is T-Tapp?
T-Tapp is NOT tap dancing and you won't be tapping on your face or body. LOL!!!
T-Tapp was created by the late fitness professional Teresa Tapp (T-Tapp) when she was working in the high fashion modeling world. She was a "new face developer" and worked with models to get them in shape for photo shoots. She needed to create a workout that was efficient, could be done in hotel rooms without equipment, got them in shape quickly after having babies and allowed them to withstand the rigors of long hours standing and posing.
After years of fine-tuning the moves and seeing the incredible results the models got, Teresa decided to retire from modeling. She turned her attention to making these moves available to all women. This was when T-Tapp was born. She began by filming her signature Basic Workout + on video cassettes and shared it via fitness magazines.
Several TV personalities found the workout, tried it and were blown away by their fast success. They shared that success on their TV programs and did 30 Day Challenges with their fans. Once again...the success that women got from just 30 days of doing T-Tapp Basic Workout+ was amazing.
This was the birth of T-Tapp and the success women were getting created a loyal following of "T-Tappers". That was back right before 9/11 when the world suddenly changed.
Over the years, Teresa created new workouts, added modifications for different fitness levels and continued to educate us on how we women can navigate the years with grace using this "method" of movement.

Renee McLaughlin found the workout in a magazine article in the late 1990's and was so intrigued by the unique information Teresa shared. There was cutting-edge information that hadn't been talked about before in fitness circles. So Renee ordered the cassettes and began her own T-Tapp journey.
After just a short time of doing T-Tapp, Renee realized there was something very special about this method of movement. She saw great results in her own body and realized she wanted to share this with all her clients. She became a Master T-Tapp Trainer and has been teaching the workout almost every day since.
Teresa Tapp passed in 2019, but as a Master T-Tapp Trainer with 20 + years experience teaching T-Tapp, Renee is passionate about continuing to share this invaluable method of movement with women all over the world.
Over these 20+ years of teaching T-Tapp, Renee has helped hundreds of women shed excess inches, tone their body, gain strength and flexibility, improve their posture, rehab joints, balance their hormones and create a high level of health through the power of this method of movement!
