For years, we have been told that to be healthy we needed to do extreme workouts for hours at a gym. Those extreme and punishing workouts are very hard on the body. They exhaust your adrenal glands, increase inflammation and wear down your joints. The path to a healthy, vibrant body is more gentle than we have been led to believe.
It's important we build muscle strength, but just as important we relax and release the tension we are holding in the body due to poor daily movement patterns and STRESS! That's why I love the combination of Gentle Somatic Stretch classes, T-Tapp Method, and the Original Barre classes.
Gentle Somatic Yoga and Stretch goes deep to relax the muscles and positively stress your deep connective tissue (and your stressed nervous system) so they can function as they're meant to.
The T-Tapp Method is amazing at building strength, improving posture, moving the lymph (detoxing and hydrating fascia) and improving posture. The Original Barre adds additional variety, conditioning and toning.
All these workouts are done slowly with controlled movements. This makes them very doable while still being challenging. They also utilize (train) the brain so that we are working on our brain to body connection.
The combination and variety of these classes is a perfect place to start whether you are a "movement lover" like me or if you haven't been exercising in a while. Every body loves this movement. They are the best trio of anti-aging, vibrancy -creating, joyful movement you can do!

I love the classes with Renee. Because of the time difference, I can only do the recorded classes. It makes no difference, I still feel that she is talking to me!
